Contact request data

The contact form prepares an email in the visitor’s own email client. The website does not automatically send the request and does not store the entered information.

The data may include name, company, role, email, phone number, site concerned, type of need, objective and available documents description.

Purpose

The data is used only to allow OMNIATEC to read and answer the voluntary request sent by email.

Retention and recipients

Email exchanges are kept for the time needed to handle the request, commercial follow-up or project follow-up. Recipients are OMNIATEC only, unless sharing is required to handle the request with explicit agreement.

Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to contact@omniatec.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

Cookies and analytics

No audience analytics script is active on the website. Google Search Console may be used only to monitor indexing and search performance in Google results.
