Four days on site, planned with the owner. Understand the whole operation, then focus the work on the agreed priorities.

Review production, maintenance, quality and flows with the teams. Identify the obstacles and their consequences.

Choose the priorities

Agree two or three issues with the owner and relevant managers. Define decision-making authority and a starting measure.

Drive the actions

Start the corrective work and resolve blockers with the people responsible. Record decisions and open points.

Review progress

Establish what has changed, what remains open and the next actions. An internal contact follows up between visits.

Attendance, the internal contact and communication between visits are agreed at the start. Existing managers remain involved in decisions and implementation.

Before starting an assignment

What do the four days per month include?

An operational presence on priorities agreed with the owner: observation, decisions, action follow-up and resolution of blockers. An internal contact maintains continuity between visits.

Is this an advisory or an operational role?

The role is operational. The remit, responsibilities and decision-making authority are agreed with the owner at the start. A monthly fee is then defined.

On-site work in Alsace and Baden-Württemberg

Based in Scherwiller, near Sélestat in Alsace, OMNIATEC works at industrial sites in Alsace and Baden-Württemberg. Travel is arranged to suit each assignment, including sites around Strasbourg, Colmar, Mulhouse, Freiburg, Offenburg, Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Working languages: French, German and English.
